  1. 1 kg of fresh chicken feet
  2. 2 limes
  3. 3 bay leaves
  4. 3 pieces of lime leaves
  5. 2 cm ginger crushed

  8. Broth powder to taste
  9. Right amount of oil
  10. Boiled water to taste

  1. 10 large red chilies

  3. 7 shallots
  4. 4 cloves garlic
  5. 5 hazelnuts
  6. ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  7. ½ teaspoon ground pepper

How to cook firecracker claws
