- 3 cm galangal
- 3 cm ginger
- 2 cm of turmeric is burned
- 2 cm kencur

- 7 shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 15 bird’s eye chilies or according to taste
- 2 stalks of lemon grass, crushed and take the white part
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
How to cook betutu chicken

- Wash and clean the native chicken first under running water. Cut or split in half or according to your taste. Then, boil the free-range chicken for about 40 minutes. After that, remove and drain.
- Next, grind all the spices that have been prepared. Then, heat a frying pan and add enough cooking oil for sautéing. Once hot, sauté the ground spices until fragrant. Also put the sliced/chopped spices into it, except salt and sugar. Stir well.

- Reduce the heat of the stove and add salt and sugar. Keep stirring slowly. Taste a little broth to make sure the taste is right or not. If the taste is less salty and delicious, add enough powdered broth. Stir again evenly.
