Ingredients
  

1 grated half old coconut

200 grams of lamb

100 grams of anchovy

100 grams of fresh prawns

1 egg

teaspoon salt

teaspoon sugar

Powdered broth to taste

Banana leaves as needed

Instructions
 

Clean the anchovies and prawns under running water first. Especially for the shrimp, remove the head and shell. If the prawns are too big, you can cut them. Set aside.

Heat a frying pan and add enough cooking oil. Once hot, fry the anchovies and prawns until half cooked. Lift and drain.

Next, grind the prepared spices. After that, take a container. Add grated coconut, anchovies, shrimp, lamtoro, and ground spices. Mix evenly.

Then, prepare banana leaves to wrap the contents of the botok. Take enough botok filling and wrap it with banana leaves. Lock the top with a toothpick pierced. Keep doing this way until the botok stuffing runs out.

After that, prepare a steaming place. Then, put a botok package into it. Steam for about 30 minutes until cooked.
