1 young coconut, shaved flesh
1 pack of white powdered gelatin
1 liter of coconut milk from 1 coconut
1 knotted pandan leaf
¼ teaspoon salt
50 grams of granulated sugar
Vanilla sweetened condensed milk to taste
Cocopandan syrup to taste
Ice cubes to taste

- Prepare a small saucepan, then put 500 ml of coconut milk and gelatin powder into it. Heat over low heat and stir evenly.
