Sapo Tofu recipe

Momin, give me a recipe that is rich in protein, which is really suitable for consumption for those of you who are on a diet. Let’s keppoin ya…
Ingredient :
- 100 g chicken breast fillet, diced
- 100 g of peeled shrimp
- 200 g chicory
- 3 egg tofu, thickly sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced oblique
- 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced lengthwise
- 1 cm ginger
- 2 large red chilies, thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 350 ml of chicken stock
- 1 stalk of green onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- right amount of oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch and 25 ml water (to thicken the gravy if needed)
- 5 tbsp flour
How to make :
- In a bowl, add the flour, coat the surface of the sliced tofu with the flour and fry in the hot oil. If the color is golden yellow, take it out and drain it first.
- Saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant.
- Next, add the chicken and prawns. Stir again until the shrimp and chicken are cooked or change color.
- Add carrots and chicory, stir until half wilted.
- Add oyster sauce, fish sauce and chicken stock. Stir well again.
- Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir well then thicken the gravy with cornstarch solution (optional).
- Stir until the gravy explodes. Lastly, add fried egg tofu and spring onions. Mix well. Don’t forget to taste correction. Turn off the stove, then transfer to a serving bowl.
