Sapo Tahu, Protein-Rich Menu Suitable For Diet

Anyone else running a diet program? The key to losing weight is a calorie deficit, guys. Don’t eat too many fatty foods, consume more protein and don’t forget to exercise to burn body fat.

Momin, give me a recipe that is rich in protein, which is really suitable for consumption for those of you who are on a diet. Let’s keppoin ya…

Ingredient :

  1. 100 g chicken breast fillet, diced
  2. 100 g of peeled shrimp
  3. 200 g chicory
  4. 3 egg tofu, thickly sliced
  5. 1 carrot, sliced oblique
  6. 3 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
  7. 1/2 onion, sliced lengthwise
  8. 1 cm ginger
  9. 2 large red chilies, thinly sliced
  10. 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  11. 1 tbsp fish sauce
  12. 1 tbsp sesame oil
  13. 350 ml of chicken stock
  14. 1 stalk of green onion
  15. 1 tsp salt
  16. 1/2 tsp pepper
  17. 1 tsp granulated sugar
  18. right amount of oil
  19. 1 tbsp cornstarch and 25 ml water (to thicken the gravy if needed)
  20. 5 tbsp flour

How to make :

  1. In a bowl, add the flour, coat the surface of the sliced tofu with the flour and fry in the hot oil. If the color is golden yellow, take it out and drain it first.
  2. Saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Next, add the chicken and prawns. Stir again until the shrimp and chicken are cooked or change color.
  4. Add carrots and chicory, stir until half wilted.
  5. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce and chicken stock. Stir well again.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Stir well then thicken the gravy with cornstarch solution (optional).
  7. Stir until the gravy explodes. Lastly, add fried egg tofu and spring onions. Mix well. Don’t forget to taste correction. Turn off the stove, then transfer to a serving bowl.
