1. Pop your popcorn following the classic method.
2. Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds.
3. If using, add coconut oil for a smoother chocolate consistency.
4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over popcorn and stir to coat.
5. Sprinkle with sea salt for an added touch and let it set before serving.
