Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup canned black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa and black beans.
  2. Top with avocado, cherry tomatoes, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
