Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 3 tablespoons miso paste (ensure gluten free)
- 1 cup tofu, cubed
- 1 cup seaweed (wakame)
- 2 green onions, slicedInstructions
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved.
2. Add the tofu and seaweed. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
3. Serve warm, topped with sliced green onions.
