Ingredients
- 300 grams of fresh dates, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 4 chicken eggs, separate the yolks and whites
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 150 grams of wheat flour
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- 75 ml cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon fine salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

How to make date brownies

- First prepare a basin, then add granulated sugar and egg yolks. After that, beat with a blender until fluffy.
- Add the crushed dates, but leave enough for the brownie topping. Also add the flour and coconut milk alternately while continuing to blend.
- Also add ground cinnamon, salt and cooking oil. Then, stir evenly again. Set the mixture aside first.
- Next, prepare another bowl, then add the egg whites and beat with a blender until stiff. After that, put the mixture into the prepared date mixture first. Stir evenly again.
