Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked pasta (use a microwave or boil in an electric kettle)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and mozzarella.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
