Ingredients:
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
- Optional: cooked chicken, beans, and veggies
Instructions:
- Preheat your electric skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla on the skillet and layer cheese and any additional fillings on top.
- Cover with the second tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted. Cut into wedges and serve.
