Ingredients


- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk or water
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- Pinch of salt
- Sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or brown sugar) to taste

Instructions


1. In a saucepan, bring milk or water to a boil.
2. Add oats and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Once thickened, remove from heat and top with sliced bananas.
4. Drizzle with your choice of sweetener and enjoy!
