Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add maple syrup and almond milk. Stir until well combined.
- Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds or until the cake has risen.
- Let it cool for a minute before enjoying!
