Ingredients
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana, spinach, coconut water, and pineapple chunks to the blender.
- Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined.
- If using, add chia seeds and blend for a few more seconds.
- Serve chilled!
