Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the banana, spinach, and almond milk.
- If you prefer a creamier texture, add the almond butter.
- Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if additional sweetness is desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
