A quick and healthy breakfast that you can prepare the night before.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk or yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup mixed berries
  • A sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. In a jar, combine rolled oats, milk or yogurt, and sweetener.
  2. Layer mixed berries on top.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, enjoy your parfait topped with a dash of cinnamon.
