A quick and healthy breakfast that you can prepare the night before.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk or yogurt (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup mixed berries
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions:
- In a jar, combine rolled oats, milk or yogurt, and sweetener.
- Layer mixed berries on top.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, enjoy your parfait topped with a dash of cinnamon.
