Quick to prepare and highly versatile, this stir-fry can be made with any vegetables you have on hand.

Ingredients:

  • 1 block of firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • Soy sauce, garlic, and ginger for flavor

Instructions:

  1. Sauté tofu in a bit of oil until golden brown.
  2. Add mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry.
  3. Season with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.

Protein Content: Approximately 20g per serving.
