Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1 cup sweet and sour sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Cooking sprayInstructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Dredge chicken pieces in gluten free flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Place on a greased baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Toss baked chicken in sweet and sour sauce before serving.
