  • 500 grams fresh chicken fillet
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 3 tablespoons chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Right amount of oil

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 sweetcorn cut into oblique pieces
  • 2 carrots peeled and cut lengthwise
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 stalk of celery leaves chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Supplementary material

  • 1 potato is peeled, cut into four parts, salted to taste, then fried thoroughly
  • ½ teaspoon red chili powder

How to make chicken steak with honey sauce

  • First clean all the prepared chicken fillets under running water. Then, cut lengthwise with a thickness of around 1 – 2 cm.
  • After that, put the chicken meat in a bowl, then add honey, sweet soy sauce, omat sauce, Worcestershire sauce, ground nutmeg, ground pepper and salt. Stir well and let sit for about 20 minutes for the flavors to absorb.
