Ingredients
- Canned chickpeas
- Canned tomatoes
- Olive oil
- Spices (cumin, salt, pepper)
- Any grains (for serving)
Instructions
- Sauté: Heat olive oil in a pot and add spices to toast for a minute.
- Add Chickpeas: Drain and add canned chickpeas.
- Stir in Tomatoes: Pour in canned tomatoes and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve: Serve over cooked grains for a fulfilling meal.
