Ingredients:
- Flour tortillas
- Shredded cheese
- Pre-cooked chicken or beans (canned)
- Salsa (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and add cheese and chicken or beans on one half.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until the cheese melts.
- Serve with salsa for dipping.
