Ingredients:
- 2 cups of leftover rice
- 1 block of tofu, cubed
- 1 cup peas
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a skillet and add cubed tofu; cook until golden brown.
2. Add minced ginger and peas; stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir in leftover rice and soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
